My mother was a police officer and a minister under Pentecostal Assemblies of the West Indies (PAWI). She attended a prayer meeting and visited her grandchildren on the night of October 26^th of 2022, in Tarouba, Marabella. She left home at 8.33pm to head to Five Rivers, Arouca, where she stayed at an apartment to attend work at Maloney Police Station, the following morning. She never made it. Whilst proceeding Northbound on the highway, a driver heading Southbound crossed the median and crashed into her driver’s side. Her van flipped almost 20 feet away, landing eventually on the hood. She died upon impact.

She lived for her 3 children and 5 grandchildren. Unfortunately, she’d never get to meet her grand-daughter that’s due in December. She was excited for such. She was a friend and mother to all and she will definitely be missed in a major way.
