Posted on: November 23rd, 2014

In conjunction with BHP Billiton, Arrive Alive hosted the annual World Day of Remembrance on Sunday, November 23 2014. This year also marked the first year of involvement with Share the Road, an NGO focused on road safety for cyclists. There were also many stakeholders who were present like the T&T Automobile Association; the TTPS; The Ministry of Works & Transport with their traffic display; the Wardens; the Fire & Ambulance services.  The Hon Minister, Stephen Cadiz, agreed to be our guest speaker, and walked the savannah meeting many injured victims and the families of many loved ones lost on our nation’s roads.  The president of BHP Billiton, Mr Vincent Pereira, also addressed the gathering as our gold sponsor of this annual event.
