Arrive Alive Press Conference to Announce John Powell as new Spokesman

On Thursday April 21st 2016, Arrive Alive held a press conference at Trotters Restaurant to announce John Powell, Regional Rally Champion, and his son Alex, a Regional Go-Kart Champion, as our new Arrive Alive spokespersons promoting the messages of the organisation against dangerous and reckless driving practices such as speeding, distracted driving, drinking and driving and general road safety and awareness.

Natacha Jones graciously served as MC for the event, and welcomed specially invited guests to join Mr Powell and Arrive Alive President, Sharon Inglefield, at the head table.   Included at the press conference as specially invited guests was the Australian High Commissioner, Mr John Pilbeam, the Vice President of the Trinidad & Tobago Rally Club, Mr Barry McKenzie, the Trinidad & Tobago Automobile Association (TTAA) President, Mr Rawle Mahabir, as well as the Trinidad & Tobago Automotive Sports Association (TTASA) vice president, Mr Jameer Ali, and representatives from the Trinidad & Tobago Fire Services, and the Trinidad & Tobago Police Service DUI Task Force.  Also in attendance on the day was Corporate Communications Manager at the Ministry of Transport, Mr John Victor, as well as several representatives from numerous Arrive Alive sponsors and partners, and of course members of the media.
