Formation of the National Road Safety Council

The National Road Safety Council was formed by a Cabinet note under the Ministry of Transport following a meeting with the Minister of Transport. Several stakeholder meetings were held with the representatives from the automotive industry (New and Foreign/Used), the Trinidad & Tobago Alcohol & Beverage Alliance, the Ministry of Works and other ministries, ATTIC and the TTPS.
