In 2009, we lost our son Sachin Maharaj along with four other friends in a vehicle accident, on Mosquito Creek. The driver was drunk. Still to date there has been no justice for us.

The pain that we endure is beyond explanation. Our hearts have been shattered. Our younger son Darshan never got to say goodbye to his brother as he was in the hospital trying to recover from head injuries.

My wife has been crying for the las t 13 years. Our pain will never end. The justice system has failed us.
