JAN LANDRETH-SMITH is a Director, and a Civil Engineer with over 30 years’ experience of overseeing the management, engineering, design and construction of projects within Trinidad & Tobago and the wider Caribbean. Has been a Senior Executive with over 17 years of leadership experience managing, developing and providing solutions and growth strategies.

Managed project staff, reviewed engineering design projects, construction supervision, negotiations and contractual claim matters.Good working knowledge of FIDIC contract laws and OSH laws and relevant HSE regulations. Extensive experience in precast/prestressed concrete, deep foundation piling systems, bridges, jetties, docks, marinas and major building structures.
